When I sat down to write this, I wanted to create a Venn diagram, one of those flow charts, to illustrate the complexity of getting mortgage financing for the purchase of your next home.
My thought was to illustrate why, in today’s challenging credit environment, you need a broker to assist you in finding mortgage financing. The smallest flowchart I came up with had 43 steps.
I thought about it some more and I realised that you don’t need that sort of confirmation, you probably already have an idea of how complicated it is.
What you really need to know is more about me…
I am the person that is going to help you out and find the best, most cost effective mortgage financing available to you. I am the person that is going to take all of those steps and create a simple, seamless financing process for you.
Along the way and ever after, I am your mortgage mentor, your advisor, your explainer ( that’s not mansplainer btw ), your statistician and your friend. I am most of all a relationship builder. I am always available to you and am always interested in what’s going on in your lives.
As my friend Erin wrote, ‘I am in the people business, not the real estate business’.
